1. Services Provided
We offer automation consulting, systems implementation, and done-for-you services using third-party platforms such as Go High Level. We assist with lead follow-up, CRM systems, appointment workflows, and related business automations.
We do not guarantee any specific results, business growth, or revenue increases. Results vary based on implementation, industry, and other business variables.
2. Use of Proprietary Materials
All content, templates, frameworks, strategies, and system designs shared through calls, emails, or client portals are the intellectual property of Fairly Frugal Solutions LLC. You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, or resell any part of our services without written permission.
3. Payments & Subscriptions
All service payments are due upfront. Monthly subscriptions (if applicable) will be billed on a recurring basis unless cancelled in writing at least 3 days prior to the next billing cycle.
All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.
4. Cancellations & Termination
You may cancel services at any time by contacting [email protected]. Cancellations stop future billing but do not qualify for a refund of prior charges unless agreed in writing.
We reserve the right to terminate services for abuse, non-payment, or breach of these terms.
5. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services or third-party platforms. You agree to use our services at your own risk.
6. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Wyoming under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Wyoming.
7. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and timely information, including account access or required materials, to allow us to deliver services. Delays caused by lack of cooperation do not entitle you to a refund.
8. Use of Third-Party Tools
Our services may rely on third-party tools such as Go High Level, Twilio, Stripe, and others. We are not responsible for outages, data loss, limitations, or changes within those platforms. Any issues with those services must be resolved with the respective provider.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
